I woke up today feeling strangely serene, which after yesterday, was a blessing. Got up and went to church and it was like the sermon was especially for my benefit. do not give up, do not be discouraged. Don’t forget that to get where God wants you to be, you have to put in the work, you can’t just sit there and expect your situation to change.
So now I’m at home, clearing out my wardrobe. Everything that is too tight, or rides up more than it did last july is going into storage. No point pulling on a pair of jeans and getting upset when the zipper wont budge. And the ski machine that threatens to throw me down the stairs everytime I exit my room is getting utilised. And I think I may just get an afro wig, just to switch things up a bit.
